Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across West Granby, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any West Granby commercial property.
We coordinate West Granby scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of West Granby flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of West Granby commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
You receive a written estimate covering membrane repair or drainage correction before work begins.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
